Full-mouth rehabilitation may involve surgical assessment, extractions, implant placement, healing and a definitive prosthetic restoration. Collaboration helps the team consider the final bite, appearance, hygiene and long-term maintenance from the beginning—not only the surgical stage.
Your treating clinician and the exact sequence of care are confirmed after examination and CBCT-based planning. A panoramic X-ray may support an initial overview, but it cannot provide the three-dimensional measurements required for implant or surgical planning.

One coordinated plan
Clinical examination and CBCT are used to assess anatomy, bone volume, neighbouring structures and whether additional procedures may be needed.
The surgical stage is selected according to the diagnosis. Immediate implants or a fixed provisional bridge are possible only when the clinical conditions allow them.
The provisional and definitive restorations are planned for function, appearance, cleaning access and a stable bite—not simply to fill a space.

Plan before you travel
Send a recent panoramic X-ray or CBCT and a short description of your concerns. A panoramic X-ray can support an initial overview, but it does not allow the three-dimensional measurements required for implant or surgical planning. A CBCT is therefore required for implant and surgical treatment. The final diagnosis and treatment plan are confirmed after the clinical examination in Cluj.
