All-on-4
Four implants support one full arch. It can be useful where posterior anatomy limits conventional placement, but suitability depends on bone distribution and load.
All-on-4, All-on-5 and All-on-6 in Cluj
All-on-X treatment uses four, five or six strategically planned implants to support a fixed bridge for an entire arch. ProDent offers several implant systems, with fixed provisional teeth fitted rapidly in suitable cases and the definitive restoration selected after healing.

Not a package chosen from a menu
Four implants support one full arch. It can be useful where posterior anatomy limits conventional placement, but suitability depends on bone distribution and load.
A fifth implant may be selected to improve support or respond to the available anatomy. It is a clinical option, not a universal requirement.
Six implants can provide additional support when anatomy and prosthetic planning allow. More implants do not automatically mean a better result for every patient.
The decision is made after CBCT, clinical examination and prosthetic planning. The number must support a cleansable, functional bridge and a stable bite.
After osseointegration
The provisional bridge is replaced after healing with the separately selected definitive full-arch restoration. Prices are per arch.
| Definitive option | Price |
|---|---|
| Zirconia on cobalt-chrome framework | 15,000 RON |
| Zirconia on titanium framework | 18,000 RON |
| Ceramic on zirconia with titanium framework | 20,000 RON |
| Premium hybrid: individual ceramic-on-zirconia crowns on titanium framework | 25,500 RON |
Material and framework are selected according to bite, aesthetics, bruxism, hygiene, implant configuration and the clinical recommendation—not price alone.
What the first visit involves
CBCT, examination, medical assessment and review of whether any natural teeth can predictably be preserved.
Implant positions, restorative space, smile line, bite and the type of temporary and definitive bridge are considered together.
Indicated extractions and implants are performed. Additional procedures are discussed if required by the anatomy.
The surgical team confirms whether implant stability permits a fixed provisional bridge within 24 hours.
Soft diet, careful cleaning and scheduled reviews help protect osseointegration.
After healing, the final bridge is designed and verified separately, including aesthetics, speech, bite and hygiene access.
All-on-X FAQ
No. The listed All-on-4/5/6 prices cover the stated provisional phase. The definitive restoration is selected and priced separately after healing.
No. Angled implants can reduce the need for grafting in some cases, but CBCT may show that augmentation or a different plan is safer.
The team may choose a delayed-loading or staged solution. This protects the implants when primary stability is insufficient.
Systems differ in components, design and cost. Brand is only one part of the decision; anatomy and the complete restorative plan matter more.
The provisional and definitive bridges discussed here are fixed to the implants and removed by a dental professional when necessary, not by the patient.

Plan before you travel
Send a recent panoramic X-ray or CBCT and a short description of your concerns. A panoramic X-ray can support an initial overview, but it does not allow the three-dimensional measurements required for implant or surgical planning. A CBCT is therefore required for implant and surgical treatment. The final diagnosis and treatment plan are confirmed after the clinical examination in Cluj.
